 As a child I was slightly overweight. I had the pudgy cheeks and the dimpled knees.

 When I was pregnant, I gained over 100lbs, 104.8lbs to be exact. It was after my son was
born that I decided it was time to change my life. I wanted to enjoy my son's childhood. I
wanted to look good AND feel good. And so my journey to find a way to get motivated
and stay motivated began.
