Ingredients (Bahan bahan):


1. 1 plate of White rice
2. 2 Eggs
3. Tea spoon of Salt
4. 2 cloves of Onions
5. 1 cloves of Garlic
6. 1/2 stick of Leeks

8. Pepper
9. Cooking oil
10. Tomato sauce

6. How to Make Fried Rice


7. 1. Prepare a frying pan and pour the cooking oil according to your taste

9. 2. Heat the frying pan by using a medium flame

11.3. After the cooking oil is hot, put the garlic, onion and chili

A traditional dish which is also often we long for is plecing kale. Plecing enjoy kale on a
banana leaf with crackers definitely feels very delicious.
The ingredients / spices:

These are the ingredients:


* Materials: - a bundle of Kangkung Lombok (about 1/4 kg (depends for the amount of
the persons)
- 1 ounce of young & fresh sprout (tauge)
* Seasoning: - red pepper
- fish preserves (terasi)
- jeruk limau
- tomato vegetables
- salt
- sugar

How to make it:


- Boil 1,5 liters of water in a 3 liters pan
- After boiling, put in 2 tea-spoon of salt
- Cut the hard part of Kangkung & clean it, then put them in the boiling water
- Wait until the Kangkung is well-cooked (Kangkung Lombok will still look fresh
although it has been cooked, while the other Kangkung will looked brownish)
- Put out from the pan after it is well-cooked
- Boil the sprout (half-cooked or well-cooked) then put out from the pan
- Make the seasoning:
* Smooth them with pepper, salt & fish preserves with tomatoes & sugar.
- Cut the cooled Kangkung into 2 or 3 parts, put it in wide plate & pour the sprout
- Mix it with the seasoning mixture
Finally, it's ready to be served. It will be more enjoyable to be eaten with Krupuk &
rather hot rice.
How to make a coffee
Materials:
– a spoon of coffee
– some sugar
– a glass of water
Equipment :

 Stove
 Cup
 Pan
 Spoon
Steps :
1. First, Boil some water in a pan with medium heat, wait until it is really boiling.
2. Secondly, Prepare a cup
3. Next, Put a spoon of coffee in the cup.
4. After then, Add some sugar to the cup, based on preferences.
5. And then, After the water had already boiled, pour the water and in the cup.
6. Lastly, Mix it by stirring it
7. Finally, A cup of hot coffee is ready to serve.

How to make Milk cake


Ingredients:
100 ml milk
50 ml oil
150 gram sugar
4 eggs
200 gram flour
1/2 teaspoon SP
2 tablespoon chocolate paste
1 drop pandanus paste
Chocolate mesis
Steps:
1. Beat the eggs, SP and sugar until interleaved and the colour is pale by using mixer.
2. Decrease the mixer speed. Add flour, milk, and oil.
3. Divide the dough into three parts.
4. The first dough is given pandanus paste, the second dough is given chocolate paste, and
the third dough is let white then sprinkle chocolate mesis.
5. Prepare a baking pan which has been smeared with butter and flour. Heat the baking
pan onto the stove.
6. Pour the chocolate dough and steam it for 10 minutes. Then, pour the white dough and
steam it for 10 minutes. After that, pour the pandanus dough and steam it for 20 minutes.
7. After it is not hot anymore, serve it.

How to make soup


Ingredients:
1. 350 gr chicken (cut into pieces)
2. 1 medium-size carrot (cut into pieces), 2 fruit potatoes (diced)
3. 1 stalk scallion pods (finely sliced)
4. fried onions for topping to taste
5. 1 red tomato (cut into pieces)
6. 5 thread the nut string beans (cut each 3 cm)
7. 2 pieces of cabbage (cut into pieces)
8. salt to taste
9. granulated sugar to taste
10.flavor enhancer to taste
11.water sparingly
12.oil for sauteing to taste
Spice paste:
5 grains of red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 roasted hazelnut grains
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

The Process Of Making Chicken Soup:


Chicken cut into pieces that are already washed with water until it is completely clean, drain
Saute seasoning which is mashed with a little oil until fragrant
pour the water into the sauteed seasoning to taste, wait until boiling
Enter the chicken pieces into the boiled marinade, let stand until cooked and tender
put all the vegetables already cut into the chicken stew
Add sugar, salt and flavor enhancer, stirring until well blended and matured

How to make iced tea

Ingredients:

Tea bag

Water

Sugar

Ice cube

Steps:

First, put some water into a glass.

Second, remain the tea bag into the glass. Wait until the water looks brown-red.

Third, Put some 2 teaspoon of sugar.

Fourth, mix well.

Fifth, put 2 or 3 pieces of ice cube into the glass of tea.

Finally, The iced tea is ready to be served
