Finance Roles:While employed with your organization, was the candidate disciplined for any
financial infraction, or, have financial infractions been discovered after the employee departed?
Procurement (Supply Chain) Roles:While employed with your organization, was the candidate
investigated for infractions, such as fraud or violating standard operating procedures (SOPs) or
have such infractions been discovered after the employee departed?
Safeguarding Roles:While employed with your organization, did the candidate work with
children/ other vulnerable populations directly? If so, has the employee been the subject of any
investigation related to work with children or other vulnerable populations?
Sub-Partnership Management Roles:While employed with your organization, was the candidate
investigated for infractions related to partner resource management or related to work with
children/ other vulnerable populations (including children, elderly, disabled, minorities, etc.)?
