Pros/Cons

Pros:
1. High-end specification of client computers
2. Will manage by an IT graduate
3. Full assistance from supplier
4. Internet Cafes are one of the most profitable business in the Philippines
5. I can invite more gamers to be our clients. (They usually spent minimum of 4 hours every day)
6. The place. Near schools and marketplace.
7. I am a gamer so I know what makes the other gamer wants to a computer shop.
8. We can add other extra income.

Cons:
1. Morning operations. Few customers only, so I suggest our operating hours will be at 10am until 5am.

Suggestions:
1. “Excellent service at affordable price” – since we have high-end specs computers we can price our
service at 20 pesos but I suggest that we price it P15 so we can compete to other computer shop.
2. Membership – to gain more loyal customers we need to think an effective strategy to gain their
loyalties. (Example: for straight 1 week of renting we will give them 1 hour for free exclusive for
members only) Membership fee let say P30- P50 with free 1 hour rent.
3. Fully Air-condition – another reason for having a clients.
4. Tournaments – we can also gain more profits if we host online game tournaments.
5. Fiber Internet – high speed internet is very important to our clients especially for gamers.

Computation of Profits

Day Shift

10 PCs x P15 per hour = P150


P150 total rent for 10 PCs x 10 Hours (10am-8pm) = P1500 estimated profit for day shift for 10 PCs
If all 20 PCs are occupied in day shift.
20 PCs x P15 per hour = P300
P300 total rent for 20 PCs x 10 Hours (Day Shift) = P3000 estimated profit for day shift for 20 PCs

Estimated ranged of profit in Day Shift: P1000 - P3000

Night Shift

10PCs x P15 per hour= P150


P150 total rent for 10 PCs x 9 Hours (9pm-5am) = P1350 estimated profit for night shift for 10 PCs

If all 20 PCs are occupied in night shift.


20 PCs x P15 per hour = P300
P300 total rent for 20 PCs x 9 Hours (Night Shift) = P2700 estimated profit for day shift for 20 PCs

Estimated ranged of profit in Night Shift: P1000 – P2700

Estimated Monthly Profits:

Let say the profit in most unproductive day is P1000

Combine Day Shift and Night Shift Estimated Profit per day: P2000- P5700

Estimated Profit per day including unproductive day: P1000-P5700
