Introduction
Music ministry is one of the crucial ministry in our community. It
plays a big role in our evangelization and pastoral formation.
And our ministry should also be equipped with necessary skills
and knowledge in order for us to grow as a ministry and help
the community to reach its mission.
We lack in:

Communication
The problem or Skill or knowledge
challenge Commitment & sincerity

Trainings and workshops


The solution
With the CFC-SFX music min
head and CFC-SFX Chapter head,
we came out with this workshop
for the Cluster, to teach basic
music theories, techniques and its
technicalities.
Outline
We will have 6 workshops for every roles needed within the
ministry, namely:

1. Guitar workshop (acoustic, lead and rhythm guitars)


2. Bass workshop
3. Pianist workshop
4. Percussionist workshop
5. Singers workshop
6. Sounds workshop (mixing)

What will we do
next?
Hopefully we can continue this
training at least once a year, and
establish the need for this type of
workshops. For the leaders to see
the great outcome it can give every
ministers that will participate.
