1. How do you construct test questions?
A. By basing on learning targets or objectives and competencies.
B. It must focus on developing opinions and judgment.
C. It should define the problem and contains all the information.
D. It should base on your own understanding.

ANALYSIS:
1. If knowledge is to facts and concepts then comprehension is to?
A. Understanding information and data.
B. Analyzing information data and concepts.
C. Determining information data and theories.
D. Learning the lessons based on discussion.
2. The following is a guide on how to write a learning objective, EXCEPT.
A. Focus on student performance not teacher performance.
B. Focus on the product not process.
C. The learners’ performance is evaluated to find if the objective was met.
D. Include only one general learning outcome in each objective.

EVALUATION:
1. Do you think it is necessary to conduct a summative test after the unit or
specified period of time?
A. Yes, because it is one of the requirements.
B. Yes, to determine whether the instructional objectives are meet.
C. No, it is not necessary because they already learn the lesson.
D. No, because it is just a waste of time.
