The IT application “Computerized Land Record” is developed with the purpose to digitize
and update the Revenue Record of Punjab.

 Auto creation of day cash book regarding citizen services.

The Registration of deed is done using cloud based National Generic Document Registration
System (NGDRS) so that the citizens can easily make Online Property Registration.
 User can enter its vital data relating to property in transit.
 Cashless registration offices which includes e-stamp, e-registration duty, pasting fee,
facilitation charges, mutation charges etc.
 Appointment system.
 Deed Endorsements.
 Bio metric Authentication of parties (buyer, seller, witness) in the presence of Sub-
Registrar/ Registrar.
 Scanning of deeds.

Revenue Court Management System (RCMS) is a web based system designed and developed
by NIC, Punjab, to computerize all the revenue courts of Punjab and keep track of revenue
cases. The same is also integrated with CLR application.
 The proceeding of the cases including jimnins, next hearing date will be assigned.
 The final orders will be entered in the software.
 The case status can be viewed by public online.
 The details of the case instituted are reflected in the reference column of Jamabandi
of that particular Khewat on a real time basis.
