Series of First Semester A. Y. 2019 – 2020

A RESOLUTION FOR THE WEEKLY COLLECTION OF FIFTY PESOS (PHP50.00) FOR UAPSA MEMBERS
AS A CONTRIBUTION FOR THE UPCOMING NATIONAL ARCHITECTURE WEEK 2019.

WHEREAS, in relation to the organizational meeting of officers conducted that the majority of the body agreed
to pay the said amount of contribution;

WHEREAS, the body agreed to pay the amount of fifty pesos (PHP 50.00) for UAPSA members as a weekly due.

WHEREAS, the start of the collection will be on September 09, 2019 (Monday) until November 25, 2019 (Monday).

WHEREAS, that the collected amount of contribution is intended to be used as fund for the celebration of National
Architecture Week 2019.

WHEREAS, for those who will not be able to pay the total amount of the contribution will not be going to take their final
exam.

WHEREAS, that the in charge in collecting the said contribution are the year level representatives who will then remit to
the UAPSA Treasurer.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE RESOLUTION No. 3 “A RESOLUTION FOR THE WEEKLY
COLLECTION FROM UAPSA MEMBERS WORTH FIFTY PESOS (PHP50.00) AS A CONTRIBUTION FOR
THE CELEBRATION OF NATIONAL ARHITECTURE WEEK 2019. FOR THOSE WHO WILL NOT OR
CANNOT PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THEIR PENALTY WILL NOT GOING TO TAKE THEIR FINAL
EXAM.” SHALL TAKE EFFECT UPON APPROVAL.
