When Pearson stopped printing the book in 2006, the copyright was taken over by two of the
authors, one of which is now the publisher of the book. The book is being sold at a large
discount over other similar text books at a price that is not much over the cost of printing,
storing, and distributing.

$60 plus tax and shipping.
