Lending Company to OFW’s Family


Radiowealth Finance | Lacson-Tabanao Family
Radiowealth Finance Background

Established in 1964 and one of country’s pillar and the first company to offer
car and appliance loans to its clients. It is founded by Domingo Guevara. In
1993, The Securities and Exchange Commission granted Radiowealth the
authority to operate as a finance company. And today, Filipinos can now easily
access products and services of RFC through 126 branches and 86 business
centers nationwide.

OFW Profile (Mary Grace Lacson-Tabanao)

I left year 2005 to work in Dubai till 2010. I did at least 3 opening hotels in
Dubai including the Atlantis the Palm Hotel with 1500 rooms. I moved to
Seychells in 2010 to be part of an opening hotel “The Constance Ephelia”, I
stayed till 2012. I went back to the Philippines after two years and worked
locally for Marriott Manila as Assistant Manager. After a year I permanently
moved to Australia as a permanent resident last 2013 and now living as a
citizen of Australia.

Statement of the Problem

OFW’s Family Capacity

​Mrs. Mary Grace Lacson-Tabanao’s monthly income is enough to cover all


the expenses for their living in along her family with the help of her husband also
having a job. Also, she also sends money to her first son who is currently living in
the Philippines. And the estimated expenses of 20,000php per month are calculated
and are covered with the help Mrs. Mary Grace’s income.
