PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
1.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Construction of water transmission pipe line using grade X52 steel pipe
(thickness 20mm), fittings and pump Station. Next to upcoming Area IWP at
DQMP location, consists of supply, installation and commissioning of water
transmission pipeline and pump station with the associated works.
The work in this contract shall include a pump station and pipeline to
transfer water from Qurayyat IWP to Deem reservoir via an intermediate
location- Booster pump station No.2
The pump station and compound scope includes the design and
construction, of pump/pipes installation, the building for pumps, electrical
building and all their external work.

scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations.
o Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing,
following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying
with codes and legal regulations.
o Updates job knowledge by remaining current on codes and
requirements; participating in educational opportunities;
reading professional publications; maintaining personal
networks; participating in professional organizations.
