Introduction 

 
Welcome to Goat (黒山羊ゴート) ; the friendliest, most decent and most tenacious 
faction in Ro-Ghoul founded by Ken Kaneki (Clover, Floy, and Amphy), who valued 
dedication, courage, and loyalty, rather than a particular aptitude in his members. 
Goat is currently in its ‘Second Founding’ ; based on Warhammer; Chaos. 
 
 

Basic Rules 
 
The basis of rules come from common sense, but since this leaves Goat and its 
chats open to exploitation to nefarious members, written rules are recorded. Rules 
ensure a level of chat regulation that ultimately contribute to making the Goat 
community experience more friendly. Keeping with that theme, these rules should 
not be tampered with nor should any member attempt to find a loophole in the 
rules. 
 
 
1. Respect everyone.​ Fellow Goats, outsiders, and even enemies. Respect is what 
brings us all together as a family and as a faction. 
2. Do not ask members for any personal information​ (ie age, full name).  
3. No toxicity (​ obnoxious, insulting, generally annoying behaviour). 
4. No ethnic slurs​ (words and comments used to insult others on the basis of 
race, ethnicity, or nationality. This rule is an extension of rules 1 and 3, but 
made separate to avoid any potential loopholing). 
5. Do not kill fellow Goats and allied factions members 
Exceptions:  
- Killing members in tournaments and duels 
- Killing a bountied member 
- Killing in self-defence or defending another Goat/ally 
- Killing for username proof of rule breaking(exploiters/rule breakers, etc). 
6. No NSFW​ (NSFW defined in Goat: gore, nudity, sex, suicide, vomit inducing 
content and topics unsuitable for children; under 18s). Posting graphic NSFW 
can have you b ​ anned from Discord​ as well as Goat (see ​here​ for more 
information).  
7. Follow Ro-Ghoul’s Faction Guidelines​ (see ​here​). 
 8. English only​. This is for moderation purposes, we do not have enough 
multilingual staff members to ensure members speaking foreign languages 
aren’t breaking the rules. 
9. Do not ask for ROBUX, the mask, ranks, promotions, or free entry into 
divisions.​ ​Goat is not a bank, nor a donation service.​ Asking for any of the 
above will result in us ignoring your request and a warning. 
10. Do not advertise.​ D ​ o not use Goat​ to promote your own products, services, 
games, or groups. 
11. Do not​ ​wear rank uniforms above your rank, leader’s customs, division 
uniforms you are not apart of and ‘decommissioned’ clothing. 
12. Do not use commands outside of the bot commands channel.​ T ​ he ?warnings 
command is banned​ and restricted to the Overseer's (Cloverpaw’s) use only. 
13. Do not spam​ (in-game or in Discord). Members will be warned beforehand for 
any spamming then given an official warning if they continue. Spam is defined 
by members ​sending the same message indiscriminately or flooding the chat. 
14. Do not ping Ro-Ghoul staff members or specific roles such as @Champion. 
15. Do not leak private servers​ (Ro-Ghoul servers as well as Game Night servers). 
16. Do not break any ROBLOX rules​ while in-game (such as exploiting). 
17. Listen to high ranks​. If you feel a high rank is being abusive with his or her 
power, please DM Cloverpaw with evidence (screenshots, gifs, chatlogs, etc). 
18. Check pinned messages in each channel before posting​ (to prevent any 
accidental rule breaking). 
19. Keep​ ​your Discord nickname set to your ROBLOX username. 
20.Do not join others Ro-Ghoul factions that have Goat enemied. 
21. Do not play music or use audio bots outside of the Rhythm channels. 
 
If you are confused about any of the rules, please speak with a ​high rank​. 

 
Rule Breaking Protocol 
 
When a member breaks any of the rules, listed or recognizable through common 
sense, they face the following consequences in this sequence:

➔ ​You will be warned for any rule breaking. 
 
➣W ​ arning Two 
➔ ​You will be warned a second time for any rule breaking. 
 
➣W ​ arning Three 
If you continue with your rule breaking behavior, upon your third warning you may 
face demotion (depending on the severity of your previous warnings). 
 
➣D ​ emotion 
If you continue with your rule breaking behavior after three warnings, you will be 
demoted​ (and your EXP progress towards your next rank reset). 
 
➣B ​ anned 
If after demoted/kicked you still insist on breaking our rules, you will be banned. 
 
➣B ​ lacklisted 
Last resort. If after kicked you continue to join the server/group and become a 
persistent problem you will be banned ​(and reported to Ro-Ghoul moderation for 
server raiding). 
 
Please note that faction leaders reserve the right to ban players from their faction 
without reason or warning, OR permission from Ro-Ghoul staff. 
Factions are considered ‘private property’ that leaders own and control (within 
reason​) 
 
Warning tags expire after one month (unless removed by High Ranks). 
For appealing a blacklist (ban from Goat) or warn contact a member of the High 
Council (Daemon Princes) or Cloverpaw.

 EXP (Experience) Ranking System 
 
The Experience (EXP) System compose the bulwark of Goat promotions. 
In order to rank up in Goat a certain amount of EXP is required for each rank (please 
see above for specifics).
