SUBJECT : Submission of Damage Assessment and Validation of
Declaration of State of Calamity ICOW the Effects of El Nifto
Per the Administrator's directive, you are hereby instructed to submit an
assessment report on the damages brought about by El Niflo in your respective
Area of Responsibility (AOR) in accordance with the criteria/ guidelines for the
declaration of a State of Calamity as provided under NDRRMC Memorandum No.
86, s. 2018 dated 27 July 2018, copy of which is hereto attached.
Further, you are instructed to furnish all LGUs within your AOR with copies of
subject memorandum for their information and reference, and ensure proper
coordination prior to declaration of a State of Calamity. This is to make sure that
challenges relative to the existing weather condition shall be addressed accordingly
