(IT SPECIALIST)

Q 1) Tell me about yourself?

ANS) My name is Adeel Akram. I had a working experience as IT


specialist in a well known multi national firm for three years and I
did many projects with different companies like programmers
force.

Q 2) What do you know about network administration and


how can you help us to improve our networking system?

ANS) Network administration involves a wide array of operational


tasks that help a network to run smoothly and efficiently. And I
can develop a computer network design to transmit information.
I can install, trouble shoot and test system which also includes
WIDE AREA NETWORK.

Q 3) How do you stay updated about software and new day to


day technology?

ANS) As an IT specialist, its really important to stay updated with


the latest technology so for that I attend tech confrences. I follow
many innovators and their blogs. I also seek online courses to
keep my skills updated.
Q 4) Why should we prefer you instead of other candidates ?

ANS) I am really punctual and dedicated to my work. Recently,I


made a network system with little resources and low budget, due
to my hard work and dedication I complete my software. And it is
my one of great achievements.

Q 5) Suppose that unfortunately, our network system crashes,


how would you handle this situation?

ANS) first of all, I will take a note of the situation and the
environment as fast as possible and look for pattern.
Its my duty to make regular backup of the data of the company. In
the case of network crash we can use that backup for our further
processing. And get our server back up and business normal as
soon as possible.

Q 6)What motivates you to pursue IT career.

ANS)I was always interested in technology and new software. So I


choose IT as my career. Another factor is that the IT industry
Is growing day by day and there is huge scope of this field. This
greatly motivated me to pursue IT as my career.
Q 7) Suppose we are hiring a new team of software developer
how would you coordinate with them.

ANS) First of all, I will communicate with the team and discuss the
developing plan. I will help them by providing any information
related to the firm and my services in developing the software.
My communication skill will help me in coordinating with new
team easily.

Q 8) Where will you see yourself in 5 years?

ANS) I’d like to be seen as someone with deep expertise in the IT


sector, and I know that’s something that I’ll have an opportunity
to do here. I’m also really excited to take on more responsibilities
in the next few years and potentially even take the lead on some
projects. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing
managers, and so developing into a great IT expert myself is
something I’m really excited about.
