Sprint DG OMADM ATcommands

Set Client Polling- +OMAPOLL


+OMAPOLL – Set Client Polling
AT+OMAPOLL= Enable/Disable Sprint Client Polling Mechanism.
<flag> Parameter:
<flag> : 1 – Enable Polling
0 - Disable Polling.
AT+OMAPOLL? Read command returns return the current OMA-DM Polling setting.
AT+OMAPOLL Test command returns the supported parameters.

Hands Free Activation Command- +HFA


+HFA – Hands Free Activation Command
AT+HFA=<flag> Enable/Disable Sprint HFA Mechanism.

Starts A CI HFA (DC+PRL+FUMO).

Parameter:
<flag> : 0 - Disable HFA.
1 – Enable HFA
2 – Starts Client Initiated HFA Session

Pay attention: The HFA Session includes:


1. DC session
2. PRL session
3. Reboot
4. Fumo session

AT+HFA? Read command returns return the current OMA-DM HFA setting.
AT+HFA =? Test command returns the supported parameters.
Example AT+HFA=1

Set OMADM Capabilities Command - +OMADM


+OMADM – Set OMADM Capabilities Command
AT+OMADM=<fl Enable/Disable Sprint Device Configuration Mechanism.
ag> Starts A CI OMADM Session.
Parameter:
<flag> : 0 - Disable OMADM.
1 – Enable OMADM.
2 – Starts Client Initiated OMADM Session

Pay attention: The OMADM Session includes:


1. DC session
2. Reboot

AT+OMADM? Read command returns return the current OMA-DM DC setting.


AT+OMADM =? Test command returns the supported parameters.
Example AT+OMADM=1

Set PRL Capabilities Command - +PRL


+PRL – Set PRL Capabilities Command
AT+PRL=<flag> Enable/Disable Sprint Device Configuration Mechanism.
Starts A CI PRL.
Parameter:
<flag> : 0 - Disable PRL.
1 – Enable PRL.
2 – Starts Client Initiated PRL Session

AT+PRL? Read command returns return the current OMA-DM PRL setting.
AT+PRL =? Test command returns the supported parameters.
Example AT+PRL=1

Set OMA Maintenance Window Command - +OMAMW


+OMAMW – Set OMA Maintenance Window
AT+OMAMW=<t Set the OMADM Maintenance Window.
ime> If the Maintenance Window is set the unit will perform reboot only when the clock
reach the Maintenance Window.
Parameter:
<time>: in 24 hour format, UTC time
Setting time to zero will disable the Maintenance Window
AT+OMADM? Read command return the current value of time
AT+OMADM =? Test command returns OK
+OMAMW – Set OMA Maintenance Window
Example AT+OMAMW="01:00" -> sets the MW to 1 AM
OK
AT+OMAMW="13:00" -> sets the MW to 1 PM
OK
AT+OMAMW="0" -> Disable the MW

Set Sprint Polling Interval Command- #SPPRL


#SPRPL – Set Sprint Polling Interval
AT#SPRPL= Set the device the device polling interval before performing a DC+PRL session.
<polling_interval> Parameter:
< polling_interval > - in hours (default 720: 30 days)

AT#SPRPL? Read command returns the polling interval value.


AT#SPRPL=? Test command returns the OK result code.
Example AT+OMAPOLL=1
AT#SPRPL=1 -> set the polling timer to 1 hour

Device Reset Command- $RTN


$RTN – Device Reset Command
AT$RTN= Set the device to factory defaults and power cycle the device if the correct SPC is
<spc> entered.
Parameter:
<spc> - the SPC of the device (default: 000000)
are mandatory), range is -96..+96
AT$RTN? Read command returns the OK result code.
AT$RTN=? Test command returns the OK result code.
Example AT$RTN=000000

+OMASTAT – Display Client Status message
AT+OMASTAT= Enable/Disable the device Status messages.

<flag> : 0 - Disable Client Status Messages.
1 – Enable Client Status Messages (number messages).
2 - Enable Client Status Messages (text messeges).
