Under this Order, venue, meals, accommodation, rental of service vehicle, equipment and other
allowable expenses shall be charged against the CDRRMO of Tagum City while per diem of
participants, plane fare/transportation expenses including terminal fees and incidental expenses of
participants from the regions and DOH hospitals shall be charged to their respective sending
agencies/hospitals subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The
Instructors/facilitators and Support staff are allowed to claim certificate of overtime credit.
