ROLE S AND RESPONCIBILITY-

INTRODUCTION: -
The proposed project is a smart appointment booking system that provides patients
or any user an easy way of booking a doctor’s appointment online. This is a web-
based program that overcomes the issue of managing and booking appointments
according to user’s choice or demands. This program offers an effective solution
where users can view various booking slots available and select the preferred date
and time. This system also allows users to cancel their booking anytime.

OBJECTIVE: -
The program creates a web-based platform to create a online doctors management
system that manages all patient related information and provides emergency
information in critical situation. This will help the patients to book hassle free
appointment in an easier way. Through this program patients can book their
appointments in a quicker way rather than rather than going through lots of ads
that exists as an obstacle for the patients as they require quick action instead of
viewing unwanted advertisements in other booking sites.

a) MANIPAL HOSPITAL

points that can be improved: -

• Pages were full of animations so if a user try to book an appointment,


he\she has to bs on a good network, that means if a user tries to book
from a remote area then he\she may face some difficulties.
• Due to animation the home page consists of a large size and may requires
more data speed.
• To book an appointment there is no simple and easily markable links is
given, user must search that, it should be more convenient.
b) APOLLO HOSPITALS

points that can be improved: -

• The first thing that comes when we open home page is an dengue precaution
full page popup, that can be removed.
• Due to popup window and the animation the home page requires large size
and may requires more data speed.
• In the home homepage there is an ad of promotion of their mobile app that
is irrelevant at that point.

c) CMC VELLORE

• There is a full-page projection of the medical college in the booking page


that can be set at the bottom position, booking should be given priority.
• Home page consist of full-page advertisement.
• To book an appointment there is no simple and easily markable links is
given, user have to search it.

• There is a full-page projection of the medical college in the booking page


that is full of gallery images of promoting college, booking should be given
priority.
• To book an appointment there is no simple and easily markable links is
given, user have to search it. Link got mixed-up in between college images.
• The home page consists of at least 9-10 programs promotion banners. They
can be deprioritised.
