Benefits of System:
1. Add-On Facility:
Savings on electricity bill through Net Metering by DisCom.
2. Section 80-IA:(Sub Section 4) of Income Tax Act, 1961 allows 100% tax waiver to consumer on the
income generated during first 15 years of operational life of a power generation project.
3. For Non-Taxable Consumer:
30% of the project cost (Benchmark price of MNRE) can be claimed in the form of CFA / Subsidy
only if they implant Indian manufacture Solar Panel through channel partner stated by MNRE.
4. For Taxable Consumer:
Under Section 32, of Indian Income Tax Act provides Accelerated Depreciation of 40% in F.Y. and
40% in S.Y. of the invested capital in to Solar PV projects to professional companies with tax
liability.

Warranties and Guaranties
PV Module – 10 Years Product Replacement Guarantee with 25 Years Performance Warranty.
First 05 years power output will be no less than the 91.2% of the labeled power output &
Rest of years up to 25 years, power output will be no less than the 80.6% of the labeled
power output.
PV Inverter – 10 Years Replacement Guarantee & It can be extended for further ten years with an
additional cost, at the time of purchase or before ending warranty date of inverter.
Other Electrical Equipments and Balance of System (BOS) – It will be as per respective company.
Warranty will be not valid if :
Will-full damage is made to the equipments/components
Improper use or abuse of the components/equipments
Modification or alterations are made by the purchaser or third party without intimation to the
supplier.
General Terms and Conditions
This price supersedes all earlier prices any if given and can be changed without any prior notice.
After reviewing Technical & Commercial Proposal which is being detailed in this quotation and after
detailed discussions one must need to do before signing MoU and after that one needs to give official
purchase order for installation of PV System in their premises along with clearance of advanced payment
as mentioned under payment terms.
MoU includes complete details of all system equipments along with applicable charges and other
necessary details.
Once order/Purchase order given then cancellation will be not be accepted.
Civil Installation work charges will be borne by Consumer.
Inverter requires Auxiliary power to generate solar power during Sun’s availability, if Utility
Power fails; system will stop producing Solar Power. The Auxiliary power will be the grid power.
Transportation Insurance responsibilities are of customer.
The materials will be delivered at the site accompanying the Delivery Challans, same should be
immediately duly acknowledged by the client for receipt of the material and thereafter the material will be
in custody of the client and the client will have the sole responsibility for due respect and security of the
materials. However, Delicate Solar Pvt.Ltd has lien and rights over the materials till the 100% payment is
made/done.
No replacement or Credit note will be issued against the material or PV System damage.
The completion period shall be reasonably extended :
If any technical or commercial data along with advance payment required executing the order is
not made available by the client in time.
If any work or purchase is beyond the schedule to be carried out.
