4. Procedure:
4.1 Introductory Activity
-Prayer
-Attendance
-Collect the assignment
-Set up standards:
*The students will be arranged into one sit apart.
* During the test, no students shall turn their heads and rolling their
eyeballs. They should mind their own papers.
*Only black and blue ball pen
* No cellphones shall be used or viewed during the test.
*Communicating with one another in any manner, side glancing,
and standing are not allowed during the test.
*After answering the test, remain seated and silent. Review the test
and do some corrections if necessary.
*If caught cheating, the paper will be marked X.

4.2 Activity
A. Distribution of test papers.
B. Giving of Directions:
*If there are questions, students are directed to raise their hands.

*Answering the test silently for 20 minutes.


4.3 Analysis *After 20 minutes, the students will exchange their papers clockwise.
*During the checking part, the teacher will call one student at a time to
read the question per number and give the answer.

-Who got the highest score?
4.4 Abstraction -How many got the passing score?

*Students’ scores will be recorded.
