Guidelines to fill in and submit the application form:
1. All items of the application must be filled in.
2. To the application must be attached 3 files:
- passport copy -is necessary;
- cover letter in a free form indicating personal information and professional achievements (no more than 2 pages);

- A letter of recommendation is preferable.* (signed by hierarchical superiors (for employees) or head of chair (for
students)
