The questionnaire is the main research instrument used by the researcher. The
researcher was able to formulate the questionnaire based on the problem of the study.
According to NCCP 2018 this Survey research is a commonly used method of collecting
information about a population of interest. There are many different types of surveys, several
ways to administer them, and many methods of sampling. There are two key features of survey
research:
Sampling. a technique in which a subgroup of the population is selected to answer the survey
questions; the information collected can be generalized to the entire population of interest.
First,the researcher presented the draft of the questionnaire to Ms.cecile valido, the
research advicer to check if there are any grammatically errors that is needed to develop or
change. After changing the appropriate items, the researcher again presented to the research
adviser for the approval. Second,the research advicer will be going to ask another copy of
questionnaire to evaluate the reactions of the respondents.
