In partial modification to this department’s notification of even

No. dated 08-02-2017, in exercise of the power conferred by session 3 of the
Himachal Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Act, 2011. The Governer, Himachal
Pradesh is pleased to appoint State Information Commissioner as Second
Appellate Authority in place of Director of Horticulture, HP for the purpose of
the Act ibid.
