DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement entered into and executed by and between,

CHARLIE RULLAN, of legal age, married, and Filipino citizen, with residence and presently
residing at Pangao-aoan East, Aringay, La Union, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

AND

JOEY FERNANDO MENZI, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, with residence and
post office address at San Pascual, Tuba, Benguet, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the Vendor is the legal owner of a Motor Vehicle with Franchise (Case No. 92-01-
901) which is more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
(P150,000.00) PESOS Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid in full by the VENDEE, I hereby
SELL, TRANSFER, CEDE and CONVEY unto the said VENDEE, the said Motor Vehicle free
from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 14th day of June 2019 at
Tubao, La Union.
