Accommodation and Transportation Problems Are Increasing in Many Large Cities. Businesses Are Encouraged To Move To Rural Areas. Do Advantage Outweigh Disadvantage?

Moving businesses from cities to rural areas has both advantages and disadvantages. While it reduces costs, traffic, and environmental issues in cities, it increases transportation and distribution costs and challenges for businesses. However, the lower land costs, decreased congestion, and increased jobs in rural areas outweigh the disadvantages. On balance, relocating businesses provides more benefits than drawbacks.

Accommodation and transportation problems are increasing

in many large cities. Businesses are encouraged to move to

rural areas. Do advantage outweigh disadvantage?
_____________________________________

It is undeniable that accommodation and transportation are

major issues in many developed cities. For this reason, some
people think that moving businesses to suburban areas has bring
various negative effects. However, others, including me, would
argue that there are more benefits involved.

To some extent, this trend has its own disadvantages.

First of all, moving the enterprise to the countryside may cost a

large amount of money on transportation due to long distance
between big cities and regional areas.

Furthermore, it also wastes more time to distribute goods to the

customers. For instance, some products such as fresh fruits and
vegetables may become risks of quality derotations if people ship
them for a long period of time.

Besides, it is true that rural areas lack modern technological

devices. Thus, businesses may hardly to approach and strengthen
their relationships with their customers.

Despite the aforementioned drawbacks, I firmly believe that

relocating businesses outside the big cities brings various positive
effects.

Firstly, the lands rental in the regional areas are cheaper than that
of big cities. Thus, the enterprise does not have to spend more
money on this sector. As a result, it could reduce the shortage of
accommodation in many big cities.

Secondly, this trend would decline traffic congestion in urban areas.

Similarly, lowering business in metropolitan areas would lessen the

environmental and human health problems due to the fact that
many private vehicles produce a large amount of fume and
emissions into the environment.
Finally, this positive trend would increase the labor force in rural
areas. Hence, people in the countryside would have more chance
to work and improve the income of their living.

Despite the drawbacks of moving businesses to local areas, its

good points are more significant from a broaden views.
