3351 Capacitive Pressure Sensor


Overview

Capacitive pressure sensor or differential pressure sensor; it is all welded construction with stainless
steel material. This kind of pressure sensor is to sense the pressure or differential pressure via the oil
filling in the sensor .It can sensor minimum 0-0.16~1.6Kpa differential pressure or 0-16~40Mpa gauge
pressure with high accuracy.

The sealed chamber integrated temperature diode, this diode supplied real time temperature
parameters for the capacitance pressure transducer, and it provides temperature compensation for
the capacitance pressure transmitters.

Temperature Range:(-40~104) ℃

Temperature Affect: ±0.25%/55℃ of zero error

Range Error: ±0.5%/55℃ of full range
