Job description
Participate in the entire social mobilization process starting from situational
analyses, forming COs/VO/LSO, attending COs/VO/LSO meeting to brining a
change in the community,
Plan and implement such strategies and schemes that enable the community
activists to demonstrate
Their abilities e.g. conducting surveys with activists, conducting conference
workshop campaign for social change etc.
Arranging and conducting trainings for the activists, CRPs/CSS, VOs/LSOs in
social mobilization, CMST in close coordination with LSOs.
Nurture the COs/VOs/LSOs so that they are able to plan and implement various
activities on their own;
Facilitate the activists, COs/VOs/LSOs in developing productive linkages with
Govt, and other line agencies ;
Assisting the VOs/LSOs in the formation of village and UC level plan/VDP for
the social and physical development project.
Assist LSOs/VO to develop monthly and quarterly progress report ,and
Consolidation of LSOs progress report (target Vs achievements) at FU level on
monthly basic and reporting to District/RO
Exchanging ideas and experiences with management and field staff as to inculcate
the spirit of debate and discussion within NRSP ;
Managing NRSP’s interventions such as credit, NRM, PITD, SSS, LEP, BEF and
projects ;
Any other task assigned by the supervisor/DPO
