AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Juan dela Cruz, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of xxx,
after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:

1. That I was the previous owner of a parcel of land under Transfer


Certificate of Title T-17005 and whose name appears as such in
the TCT;

2. That such land is now under controversy, specifically in Civil Case


no. 600-19 entitled Forcible Entry with Prayer for the Issuance of
Writ of Preliminary Injuction and/or TRO and Damages;

3. That I am the prior physical possessor of such parcel of land since


the 1980s where I cultivated the same for agricultural purposes
until I sold it to xxx.

4. That I am declaring that xxx is now the owner of that land in my


stead as I sold my it to them on February 26, 2019;

5. That a Deed of Sale was executed covering said sale;

6. That I, as owner, have already ceded all my rights completely and


absolutely as such to Buyer xxx; and

7. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of


the foregoing and to support the Answer of xxx in the civil case
mentioned above.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby affix by signature this 21ST day of


September 2019 at xxx.
