Respected Sir,

This is Amjad Parvez Malik s/o Muhammad Suleman Malik, worked in this company as Mechanical
Engineer from 2016 to December 2017 on Qatar Rail Red Line and Green Line project.

Sir I came Pakistan on emergency leave in December 2017 with the approval of Managing Director Sb. As
my Uncle and Father in Law died in severe Road accident. Due to this tragedy my Wife suffered with an
extreme mental stress from which she was unable to recover without me. Moreover, my children are
suffering from rare genetic disease “GSD–Glycogen Storage Disease” and they can’t be raised by a single
parent because they need medicines after every 3 hours day and night. If they don’t get medicines after 3
hours then this illness becomes life threatening. My family need me at this stage of life.

I already informed my whole tragic situation to Managing Director Sb. Due to this hard time in my life I
could not return.

Before coming on emergency leave, I had some unclear dues to be claimed in the company. I request that
please release those dues / salary in favor of me. My cousin-brother Malik Zubair Akhtar will collect this
money on behalf of me. He can also explain the whole tragedy.

I am proud and honor that I was a part of this reputable company. I believe that the higher management of
this company is very kind hearted and will do best in my favor.

I will be very grateful to you.
