DIGSI 4 - Copy vs. Variant
A relay must be copied, when there are two or more relays of the
same type and the parameters should be copied.
In this case the new relay must be initialized first (to get a new

Create a new variant of your relay (in „Region North“): „My relay 1“.
Change one parameter.
Export the variant into the file system („Myrelay1.dex“ on
„C:\Floppy“).
Import the exported file as a SIPROTEC 4 variant: „My relay 2“.
Change the parameterization of the original relay.
Import the exported file directly as SIPROTEC 4 relay and replace
the original relay.
