CASE STUDY #1 Machine Learning Driven Analytics for IoT agtech startup

Challenges:
▫ Monitoring and changing the task statuses in databases for started
and completed tasks by equipment location geo-fence data
▫ Identification and processing of the performing equipment
▫ ETA for task completion calculation
▫ Processing and storing real-time data to an external database for live
monitoring on user's mobile device
Solutions:
▫ To monitor which part of the field the device has processed, the field
is divided into a multipolygon. The tractor is also a polygon, after
which the polygon of the tractor is subtracted from the field, and a
new shape of the field is calculated.
Results:
▫ The application tracks interactions between farming equipment in
real-time, activities of farming equipment on locations and fields was
successfully developed.

CASE STUDY #2 Digital/Video Interviewing Platform

Challenges:
▫ Creation of an interactive web platform using the most advanced
technologies for video interviews between candidate and interviewer.
Solutions:
▫ We used Sovren's service for CV recognition and a self-described parser for
LinkedIn recognition. We implemented the functionality of recording video
biographies and answers to questions, the ability to conduct interviews and
record video recommendations.
▫ There was developed an intellectual transition, able to recognize not just the
keyword, but the beginning of the phrase, where it was used.
▫ Speech to text feature: We solved this problem by using IBM Watson.
▫ Interview handling/management: We’ve implemented an ability to edit
required information for the management.
▫ interviews between candidate and interviewer. Integration of video
processing to extract and analyze key information from a video interview.
Results:
▫ ActiveWizards team developed the platform supporting speech to text
recognition, audio/video functionality. It provides the ability for the user to
record video biography as well as to run video interviews, keyword search as
well as data parsing and interview management.

CASE STUDY #3 Searching and analyzing data application

Challenges:
▫ The application allows to search for news stories from
HackerNews by “keyword” using Google Cloud BigQuery
database with an archive of the HackerNews and to
analyze them with a help of Google Cloud Natural
Language API.
Solutions:
▫ Used the “Google Hacker News API” public data set as a
news data source. Processed them to the Google Natural
Language API to analyze the new content (extract article
sentiment, and other variables using a single API call). The
goal is to create a quick app that allows a developer to use
the “google hacker news api” to search for news stories by
“keyword”.
Results:
▫ Script was deployed to the Google App Engine.

CASE STUDY #4 Email and Slack channel bot via sendgrid with reminders

Challenges:
▫ Email bot, which allow to subscribe any Slack channel to
any email domain through SendGrid and receive all the
mails from email with that domain to that Slack channel.
Solutions:
▫ We developed a Python application that installed as a
Slack bot and links to the SendGrid account for message
forwarding. After the receiving email, bot forward it to the
selected Slack channel and provide options to Reply \
Shooze \ Assign \ Resolve commands directly from the
Slack.
Results:
▫ Email bot is built as SaaS app and provides admin control
on the root server, Slack workspace and Slack channel
level to Install \ Uninstall and Subscribe \ Unsubscribe.
