RANK-UP REQUIREMENTS

Objectives:
 To motivate AYEMT members in the service to God and humanity
 To encourage AYEMT members and be fully committed in the organization
 To display moral and be disciplined as a Christian youth under Seventh-day Adventist Church

Notice:
 This ranking type is ONLY APPLICABLE inside AYEMT organization
 This is to motivate and encourage to strengthen and be committed to every AYEMT
members on AYEMT organization

Ranking Requirements:
 All obtained cases and personal data must be filed and clearly printed upon submission
For non-SDA cases:
 Name
 Age
 Address
 Date of baptism (after Baptism)
 Documented photo
For Patient / Incident cases:
 Name (complete name)
 Age
 Date of incident
 Time of incident
 Address of the patient
 Location of the Incident
 Your team role during the incident
 Type of injuries and its category

Private
1. Undergone BLS-ACLS and Standard First Aid training
2. Fully signed AYEMT registration form
3. Baptized member of Seventh-day Adventist Church
4. Committed and genuine to AYEMT organization and to Seventh-day Adventist Church
Completed:
 Type A AYEMT uniform
 Undergone BLS-ACLS and Standard First Aid training
 Undergone FLIESING - BASIC program and training
 Personal First-Aid kit
 No FAIL grades
 Bible Studied and successfully baptized non-SDA at least 3

Private First Class


1. Undergone BLS-ACLS and Standard First Aid training – LVL 1
2. Fully signed AYEMT registration form
3. Type B AYEMT uniform

5. Committed and genuine to AYEMT organization and to Seventh-day Adventist Church
6. Undergone FLIESING – WORKSHOP 1 program and training
7. Be a member and trained on AYEMT Special Force

 Undergone FLIESING – WORKSHOP 1 program and training
 Undergone BLS-ACLS and Standard First Aid training – LVL 1/2

 Completed green card – Master guide level

Staff Sergeant
1. Be a member and trained on AYEMT Special Force
2. Undergone BLS-Standard First aid instructors course
3. Fully signed AYEMT registration form
4. Baptized member of Seventh-day Adventist Church
5. At least college level
6. Committed and genuine to AYEMT organization and to Seventh-day Adventist Church

 Participated at least 25 OJT or AYEMT deployment
 Participated on F-CAMP as facilitator 4 times
 Personal First-Aid kit

Technical Staff Sergeant
