Concept Design: Modular Conveyor System

This document presents a concept design for a modular conveyor system for painting modular panels. The production line layout includes a spray booth for primer coating, an oven chamber, and attacher and detacher machines. The conveyor system uses rail conveyors to move lorry conveyors that carry workpieces. Attachers and dettachers or forklifts are used to load and unload workpieces. Turntables are used to change the direction of lorries. The system consists of a painting conveyor and return conveyor, along with machining stations, attacher machines using special grippers, spray booths, oven chambers, and a three point section turntable to unload workpieces.

• Sistem conveyor menggunakan tipe : Rail Conveyor.
• Benda kerja diletakan diatas Lorry Conveyor.
• Peletakan benda kerja dapat dilakukan dengan
menggunakan sistem Atacher / Detacher atau dengan
Forklift
• Untuk mengubah arah laju lorry maka digunakan

• Sistem conveyor terdiri dari 2 jalur :
