Significance of The Study

This study aims to identify ways to improve the learning environment in classrooms at Ateneo de Davao University Senior High School Bangkal Campus. The classrooms are currently gloomy, dark, and encourage students to sleep rather than learn. The researchers will analyze problems experienced by grade 11 STEM students in the classrooms and gather student insights and perceptions. They hope to raise awareness of issues and suggest better ways to make classrooms more positive and efficient places for learning.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

This study was conducted for the purpose of finding better ways to make a more lively

classroom. We aim to provide suggestions to help improve the state of the classroom. It is known that

the classroom is gloomy and dark encouraging grade 11 stem pre- engineering and architecture students

of school year 2019-2020 to sleep. This study shows the current recurring issues that the learners find

disturbing or distracting them from learning. This study is being conducted as the classroom plays a big

part in a students life as it is usually the place where learning happens. We will tackle this issue as we

learners know that theres something to improve in the current state of the classroom. As of the lack of

information and understanding of many, this study aims to analyze the underlying problems especially

to the experiences of the AdDU grade 11 STEM students in the ecoteneo classrooms. The proponents

would also like to know on what are the insights and perceptions of the STEM students towards the

ecoteneo classrooms. It was expected that whatever knowledge gained from this study would raise

awareness especially to the students of Ateneo de Davao University Senior High School Bangkal Campus.

We would like to give our efforts to suggest better ways on making the classroom a more positve and

more efficient place to learn new information.
