 Alcon/Novartis – Built an Inventory System using Bar code scanner to add units /products to inventory
database and to dispense products.Wrote program using .NET and SQL Server.
 Alcon – A checkweigher control system. Metler Toldeo Hi speed Checkweigher custom application in order
to control checkweigher via a backend database. This application featured a watchdog PLC for safety
purposes.
 MD Anderson –RadioNuclide Delivery System (RNDS) Developed a medical nuclear lab routing application
to route radioactive material. Devices used were Allen Bradley PLC’s, SLC with Flex I/O’s and Profibus .
 FluoroSeal - Built HMI for fluorine gas production. SCADA server using .Net, SQL server, Windows XP
Embedded and GE PLC.
 BSAP (Bristol Standard Asynchronous Synchronous Protocol) – Driver used to interface to Bristol flow
meters. It can retrieve signals, arrays, data archives and audit logs.
 Metro (City of Houston) – Installation of power meters to monitor power (frequency,Voltage,Amperage)
 Bayer – Used our Modbus Analyzer for troubleshooting Modbus Network.
 GW Bakeries – Mixing and recipe monitoring application. Built HMI to record batch parameters in order to

 Atbalance – Built a Data extraction application to enable users to interface with ICONICS format databases

 Bio select – HMI application developed for biofuel Plant in order to control the process and focus on real time
data Acquisition using Allen-Bradley Controllogix PLC from smart industrial devices, Smart RTU’s, Boilers,
VFDs, etc. The application consist of : Reporting, Trending, work orders, hardware health indicator, Integrated
drawings (P&ID), graphical interface, Alarm summery / log, etc. Redundancy and clustering support both in
the HMI and in the PLC.
 Belco - HMI application for a large fiberglass tank manufacturing Plant. Project consist of HMI with graphical
interface and program AB Micrologix 1500 PLC for creation of tank recipes.
 VAM-USA – HMI application for measuring a user defined length pipes for a 24/7 operation. Consist of
programming AB micro logix 1000 PLC and installing a linear actuator and stepper motor for precise
measurement and control the position & cutting of the pipes. Also data management used VB .NET 2008 &
MS SQL Server 2008.
 Matheson – Tri Gas – HMI application for two fill stations that were controlled by one AB PLC. The HMI
controls two separate manifolds each having its own vacuum system so that filling operation can occur on
both manifolds independently.
 Sasol North America - This project consist of programming, installing, configuring and testing Omni flow
computer series 3000 / /6000.
 Petro Sud Quito, Ecuador – This project consist of setting up and configure Omniflow computer series 3000
/ 6000 for the process of monitoring the last unit and saveloading & prover report.
 Advance foods – VB.NET 2008 data Acquizition system for over 100 AB PLCs & various other smart
industrial devices like chillers, metal detecting machines, conveyors, etc. This large & complicated system
also performs MES & enterprise related functions for the whole plant.
 AGL -Jefferson Island Storage Hub - Salt dome leaching system. Project included a PLC program for AB

monitoring of large substation relays.
 KinderMorgan – Developed and upgraded Allen-Bradley PLC program and provided support for HMI/SCADA
system for a large hydrocarbon liquids storage & pipeline hub facility.

 Power Integrity Corp - An application in Linux using C, JavaScript and XML to communicate with a Moxa Device
UC 7110 that retrieves information over the web from gas pumps.
 Varco - Data trending application that uses our VB.NET Siemens S7 driver and includes a custom data importing
wizard for conversion between an exported Wonderware database and our SCADA software. Application allows
historical data from offshore oil rigs to be recorded and recalled remotely by management. Updated the S7 TCP
.NET component.
 Sanyo Chemical Texas - Thermoplastic blending and aging plant. Project included a PLC program for an AB
Controllogix and an HMI for running batches through the system. Logic includes real-time ratio control of
ingredients and a custom interface program for serial ASCII based weigh scales. Also interfaces to various
VFDs, Power monitors & 3rd party hardware.
 Containment Solutions - Large fiberglass tank machine. Project included a PLC program for an AB Micrologix
1500, and a custom version of our SCADA software for the creation of tank recipes. Parses user configured
recipes in SQL database into binary data, downloads data to the PLC, and the PLC parses the data to control
machine functions.
 Baker-Hughes - Project using VB.NET and custom communication drivers for oilfield drilling and monitoring
application.
 Copano Energy Houston, TX - .NET SCADA system polling about 350 RTUs supporting Fisher ROC & Modbus

What does the Object based Parijat HMI System do for my HMI/SCADA?

The object based HMI/SCADA has all the features of our regular version, but for systems that have a large number of
devices with a common set of points, the object based system simplifies the configuration of the system. For example;
in a system with 30 valves of the same type, instead of defining the points for the valves 30 times, you define the
points only once. Then, additional address parameters are defined at the device level. A flexible device point
addressing scheme allows for almost any point set to be defined.

This product was developed with Microsoft’s Visual Basic .NET for Desktop Windows environment. It lets you rapidly
build full-featured loaded Human Machine Interface (HMI) for SCADA systems or any application. It may be used to create
any HMI for SCADA, PLC, DCS, Flow Computers, Chromatographs, and any system where data needs to be acquired
and/or reported in a tabular/graphical format or a GUI to database system. This development rivals proprietary non-
Microsoft products like Intouch from Wonderware, iFix DMACS from GE-Intellution, RSView32 from Rockwell-AB,
USData Factorylink , Citect, Genesis , etc, and provides the configurability, scalability, and maintainability so that

Create HMI Display Forms: You just need to copy the sample Form from the template (examples provided). Drop
your required VB controls on it, making the display suiting your application. Then, with the Parijat Control Wizard
“link” a VB control (Label, Textbox, Picture box, and other controls) to a reference address in the PLC data (word
or bit). Via this control wizard the user may also specify different types of animation configurations for this VB
control. The configuration is stored in the .Tag property of the control.
The control Tag property may also be set independently to provide different display/form specific configurations
without the wizard.

At VB run time, the controls for which the properties were defined at configuration time start automatically updating, if this
form is loaded. No additional VB code is necessary.
The product consists of 4 components:
A .NET service or desktop app running as a server, responsible for communication with field devices, alarming,
historization etc.
A .NET client application for creating the user display forms, and animations of VB objects (Source Code
provided)
An MSDE database structure, schema for data population, specific to your application of HMI/SCADA. A front-end
editor utility is provided. Or use any tools for MS SQL Server edits.
A Parijat control wizard to help edit the .TAG property of animated controls.
