Tripod Easel or Stand


Making of this easel requires not much of your time and you don’t need to have some special skills. All
you have to do is to precisely make the items with the exact measurements as given in this documentation,
then join those parts together with bolts.
You can use various types of wood to make this type of easel, but we recommend birch, beech, oak,
maple, ash, alder, or some other types with similar qualities. Pay attention, to choose some well dried wood.

The measurements within this text and 2D documentation are given both in milimeters and inches (in
brackets).

Assemblage Instructions
1. Carefully put Middle Plank (Part 1) and Side Planks (Parts 2) in preordained position, fasten them
together with clamp, then drill the hole D8mm (D0,31 Inches) as given in 2D documentation.

2. Fasten the Middle Plank (Part 1) and the Side Planks (Parts 2) by using Axle (Part 3), Washers
D8mm (Parts 8), Spring Lock Washers D8mm (Parts 10) and Wing Nuts M8 (Parts 9)

3. Fasten the Horizontal Plank (Part 4) to the subassembly made in the previous step by using Bolts
M6 x 90mm (Parts 5), Washers D6mm (Parts 6) and Wing Nuts M6 (Parts 7)
