PM Notification Deletion Process

This document provides instructions for deleting PM notifications in 3 steps: 1) Access transaction IW28 and select the PM notifications to delete and mark as complete. 2) Go to transaction IW27, enter the notification numbers, uncheck test mode, and execute to set the deletion flag. 3) Go to transaction IW22 to check the status of the notifications.

Delete PM Notifications

 Go to Transaction “IW28”.
 Provide the necessary information on the initial screen
 Select the list of PM notifications which needs to be deleted and hit the button “Complete” (Flag with
Black & White check mark)

 Go to Transaction “IW27”. After setting the status as complete, now we would set the deletion flag for
the same.
 Enter all Notification number
 Uncheck “Test mode” & Execute
 Go to IW22 to check Status of Notification
