VISION:

We envision the Davao del Norte State College to be: a premier institution of higher
learning that is imbued with its core values for the development of human resources, and
generation and utilization of knowledge and technology for a productive, sustainable, just,
and humane society.

MISSION:
As an institution of higher learning and teaching excellence, informed by research and
empowered to carry out extension and production services, DNSC shall:
1. provide equitable access, quality, relevant, and environment-
friendly programs in instruction, research, and extension;
2. promote good governance and adopt mechanisms to
continuously upgrade institutional standards;
3. enhance capabilities and work ethics of the workers of the
institution; and,
4. develop appropriate linkage and network in the
implementation of College programs.

INSTITUTE GOALS
1. Equip students with adequate knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to ensure good
governance for poverty alleviation and sustainable development;
2. Enhance managerial competencies and leadership qualities of practitioners in their
respective field of discipline;
3. Develop the research and extension work capabilities of those who are engaged in the
profession.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES
The graduates of the BPA program can
1. Demonstrate the ideals of a good public servant;
2. Perform managerial and leadership roles in their sphere of operation; and
3. Undertake research and extension activities consistent with development needs of the
service area

OUR GRADUATES:
Our graduates carry DNSC’s values into their workplaces as competent, collaborative
workers, and socially connected ethical leaders. They adhere to professional ethics and
seek solutions to workplace problems. They are creative, critical thinkers, and resilient to
cross-cultural environment.
