Drafting the advertisement for the vacancies available incorporating all the job

Responsibility 3: Application processing
Receive, segregate & scrutinize the applications based on the job requirements as per
circulars/ads and prepare a database, synopsis for further processing
PLANNING
Responsibility 4: Elimination test coordination
Coordinate with various agencies for conducting elimination tests like written test
based on the no of applicants against the sanctioned vacancies, coordinate evaluation,
prepare a merit list and shortlist candidates for further stages of selection.
Responsibility 5: Interview coordination
Set up committee for interview and provide logistics for the conduction of the inter-
views, process & announce the results and communicate to the selected candidates

Ensure compliance of medical standards, documents and other requirements before
inducting the candidate to the unit,

of Hindi in the operational activities.

Coordinate with the HR Dept & ensure the new inductees are placed for their On-the-
Job training and follow up with the inductee for his job responsibilities and other de-
tails and preparing a database of the batch

Coordinate with the new inductees & maintain monthly attendance records of all
new inductees
Responsibility 4: Hostel maintenance
Alloting rooms for new inductees, Maintaining & taking feedback for providing a bet-
ter infrastructure for the new inductees
