including our school in the SEF Program. The said fund is allocated by our school
in the Rehabilitation of Water Facilities as per stipulated in our submitted project
proposal. This includes the purchase of the materials/equipment such as 1.5 or
2 Hp Water Pump, 3000 Watts AVR, faucets and connectors.

In connection with this, may we humbly request from your good office to
conduct an inspection to our school to further evaluate the feasibility of the
project.

Bical National High School is currently offering Agricultural Crop Production NC II


under Technical- Vocational Livelihood Track. In this School year 2018-2019 we have
forty-one (41) Grade 12 Student who graduating student taking up this track. One of
their requirements to graduate is to take their Work Immersion as per stipulated in
DEPED Order No.30. s.2017.

In connection with this, we would like to request an Sangguniang Bayan Resolution


for Work Immersion Memorandum of Agreement already sign by Hon. Mayor Herbie B.
Aguas. The said resolution is required by the Division Office of Albay before the activity
starts in the Municipal Agricultural Services Office in this municipality.
