Totaliser
(Model 1008V)
A selectable square root extractor function enables the output from a Advanced algorithm for mass flow calculation
differential flow transmitter to be displayed in linear units. When fitted with Separate rate and total displays
optional alarms, Model 1008V will detect high and low flow rates and can
perform simple flow batching operations. 8-digit totalizer with password protected resetting
The unit has a 4-digit flow rate and a 8-digit batch total/ inventory-total Programmable conversion factor
display. If the integrated total exceeds 8 digits, the display rolls to zero and
the number of such roll overs is recorded. The unit is also suitable to be Options :
used with flow transmitters having frequency output like turbine, PD,
magnetic pick-up type of flow elements. Alarm & Batch relay output
Model 1008V can be supplied with upto three inputs for compensated
Retransmission output (Isolated)
mass flow calculation. Advanced algorithm to carry out such
compensation for various compressible media like steam, ethylene etc. is
RS 485 serial communication
provided.
Model 1008V FIT is equipped with additional features like transmitter Weather proof / flame proof enclosure
power supply to excite field transmitter, isolated retransmission output for
recorder and serial communication on RS 485 over MODBUS RTU
protocol for PC based data acquisition and reporting system.
