This document is a feedback form for mariners to report on the performance of their ECDIS systems. It contains questions to check how ECDIS displays navigationally significant objects, underwater features, and alerts mariners to potential route hazards. Mariners are asked to complete a form for each ECDIS on board, and can provide screenshots showing any differences from expected results. ENC/ECDIS Data Presentation and Performance Check for Ships

If, as a result of the data presentation and performance checks, any significant operational
deficiency is observed, then mariners should contact the manufacturer or service agent directly to
seek assistance. Where there are differences with the figures expected from the checks, it may
be helpful to provide screenshots using a digital camera. Please include those screenshots with
this reporting form if it is convenient.
