SYNOPSIS
A material is useful when it has many uses and applications.
When it can no longer serve a purpose, it is considered waste. Some
waste materials can be toxic and harmful to organisms and the
environment. The properties of a material determines its usefulness. It
also identify which materials can be used for certain purposes and
how materials can be discarded.
