Election of Math Club Officers should be done yearly in order that we can prepare activities for
Math talented as well as pupils need assistance in Math.

In view of this, may I ask permission to class advisers and Math teachers to choose 5 Math talented
pupils in each grade level to join in our club. This is scheduled on August 31, 2018. 4:00 P.M at Grade I-
Camellia’s room.
