PHILOSOPHY
As an educator, I will provide a safe and engaging environment for my students to develop
academically, socially, mentally, and emotionally. I believe it is vital to acknowledge
students’ needs to create an environment where they have the ability to reach their highest
potential. Character development, good citizenship, and critical thinking skills will be at
the forefront of my classroom’s activities and lessons on a daily basis. I will create units and
lessons in which my students are excited to participate and gain knowledge.
