1. What are the parts of the Microsoft Office 2013 window?


 The main components and parts of Microsoft Office 2013 window is
suite of twelve application. These are Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Outlook, OneNote, Project, Intopath, Lync, Publisher, Visio, Access
and Office 365. All have been reworked with a metrostyle user
interface. However, these applications will allows you to create
variety of documents like letters, presentations, flyers, and records.
Additionally, they have also the parts in these applications includes
file tab, quick access toolbar, title bar, close button, ribbon, scroll
bars, document window, zoom slider, view shortcuts, status bar,
insertion point and rules. These are the parts of the Microsoft Office
2013 window.
2. What is ribbon?
 Well, the ribbon is a user interface element created by Microsoft,
which was introduced with Microsoft Office 2007. It is a part of the
“Microsoft Office Fluent” interface and combines the menu bar and
tool bar into a single floating pane. By default, ribbon is located at
the top of the screen in Office Applications such as Access, Excel,
Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. Moreover, it is a graphical control
element in the form of a set toolbars placed several tabs and
collection of tools and features. It is use tabs to expose different set
of controls and eliminating the need for many parallel toolbars. In
addition, the ribbon is primary user interface and keep related tools
organized. When referring to Microsoft Office Program such as
Word and Excel, the ribbon is a feature that replaces the traditional
file menu. It will dynamically changes based on what the user is
currently doing. It composed three parts such as Tabs, Groups, and
Commands. Fortunately, the purpose of the ribbon is to provide
quick access to commonly used tasks within each program.
Therefore, the ribbon is customized for each application and
contains commands specific to the program.
3. What is the importance of Microsoft Office Word in the field of business?
 As we all know that we are considered as digital generation, there
are many ways on how to use the Microsoft office word in easiest
way and makes our work creative. The use Microsoft Office Word is
very relevant in the field of business in a way that it makes our work
more easier and more creative. For example, if we are to present
our new (plan) for the betterment of our business, we can use the
powerpoint or word through arranging, typing clearly and easily to
catch up. Besides, if if we need to present the data we may use
spreadsheet or excel or word. For endorsement, we may use
Microsoft word to design or to lay out the new project of the
business. And print it so that everyone is aware of it. But always
remember we should not only rely on it. It is just helping tool in a
business to save the important documents necessary for the
business either the plans or ways to cope up problems in a business
or how to improve more by having proposal using Microsoft word. In
addition, it is important in business because in business used word
to manage their outgoing correspondence needs. Indeed, it is a way
that the business can set plan properly by this to think wisely how to
start and develop the business especially how to interact the
customers through using the Microsoft word in writing. Thus, it will
help in business to be productive and successful.
