Dear Sir:

As part of the mission and vision to provide sustainable development to the community, the
NSTP CWTS of the Laguna State Polytechnic University – Sta. Cruz Campus will be having its
immersion activities for seven (7) consecutive weeks. In connection to that, I am pleased and
honoured to inform your Office that we have chosen your Barangay to be our partner on this
undertaking. The programs will include basic literacy program, feeding, clean and green activities,
oplan linis, disaster management, health development, drug awareness program and among other
things. These programs are in line with the approved Program of Activities (POA) of the NSTP CWTS.
The Memorandum of Agreement is attached with this letter, stipulating the specific responsibilities
of each party.

I am confident that our mutual cooperation would bring positive results for our students and
the members of your community. I am hoping for your approval and support on the matter.
