Course Description:
This course aims to equip police officers with the knowledge, attitudes
and skills required of public safety forces in contributing to the resolution of
insurgency problem in the country. It is specifically designed and
contextualized to develop essential competencies for effective and efficient
counter-insurgency operations (See Annex A for the SCOUT Competency
Framework for the list of competencies required of maneuver units).
