Role requires

 Monitoring and tracking portfolio credit quality in CRISIL’s portfolio through monitoring key
external business environments and credit events that could impact companies, undertake
impact analysis, prepare reports and presentations as may be relevant
 Initiate post event reviews of credits which have witnessed sharp rating actions and present
findings to internal committee
 Identify parameters for assessing the quality of credit rating agencies (CRAs) and track
performance CRAs based on such parameters, publish/present the results it externally/internally
on a periodic basis
 Undertake analysis on CRISIL’s default statistics. Track, monitor and publish key quality metrics
of CRISIL in its publications as well as for various regulatory disclosures
 Identify issues/areas in analytics or process in credit opinions which can be avoided or improved
on a periodic basis and enable its implementation
 Prepare/update model validation reports on a periodic basis
 Drive the chair review process undertaken by all committee chairs on a periodic basis
 Support in providing various regulatory responses

Candidate needs:

 Strong understanding of financial concepts and business analysis
 Strong understanding of Indian corporate/ BFSI sectors and the general economic & business
environment
 Ability to work with large set of data/numbers and spot trends
 Excellent modelling skills

 Ability to think out-of-the box
 Ability to work with different teams in deadline driven projects
 Should be self-motivated & work as team player for achieving the business objective
 Strong process and knowledge management orientation

Essential Qualifications:

 MBA(Finance)/CA/CFA equivalent with 1-3 years of experience


 Work experience in credit risk, risk management will be an advantage
