Implementation have you done? – 3 Implementations
8. Whats the current Team size managed by you? And what was the largest
team size managed? – 7 (Both)
9. What is your experience in stakeholder management and vendor
management? – I am taking care of handling the entire project
stakeholder team on my current assignment and in terms of
vendor management I handled a team of 4 junior consultants in
my previous project.
10. Do you have experience in solution mapping, gap analysis, end to end
Implementation which involves Plan, Analyze, Design, Deploy and Test
Phases, Primavera support , troubleshoots, training and in Project Planning
and Control using Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera PPM and Microsoft
Project? If so how many years? And kindly provide brief overview? – Yes,
I have full end-to-end implementation experience Primavera
Unifier and Primavera P6.
11. Do you have hands on functional and technical experience in Installations,
configurations, Administration and Integrations of Primavera products with
other Oracle and/or third-party applications? – Yes, I do have hands on
experience in both functional and technical aspects of Primavera
P6 and Primavera Unifier.
