USER MANUAL

1.Visit portal link: https://esd.mponline.gov.in/Portal/Services/MPED/RegForm.aspx.

2.The following window appears.Click on Apply For Supervisory Exam Form.

3. When the user clicks on the above,the following pop up appears.Click on OK.
4.The following window appears.Click on Supervisory Exam Form or For Supervisory Exam
Registration in the bottom right corner.

5.The Registration form appears,fill it to the fullest.For converting candidate name and candidate
father’s name in Hindi,click on the icon displayed by the arrow.
6. A pop up appears,as shown in the figure.Click on Load unsafe scripts. After typing your name in
English,put space;which automatically converts the text in Hindi.

However,if you want to manually write Hindi name, you can copy Hindi name from a pre-existing
file.

Then fill the form accordingly.


If User want to add more experience than click on this option.
7.Upload the passport size photograph of size upto 150 KB with date written in bottom.Upload
signature also as shown in figure.

8.Once the user clicks on Submit,a pop up appears as shown in figure.Click on OK.
9.Fill the experience details and upload the relevant documents.
10.After uploading the relevant documents user has to click on proceed to pay button

Then choose the payment option whichever is suitable and proceed with same.

Once the payment is done,your Form is filled.

NOTE: Through the payment option, user submits the Portal Fee. For filling the department fee, he
has to visit near by MPONLINE KIOSK.

Note: The department fee is paid through Cyber Treasury portal online.

The fee structure is as follows:

1.For Mining, the department fee is Rs.40.


2.For Non Mining , the department fee is Rs.40
3.For Both(Mining/Non Mining), the department fee is Rs.80.
